The Firm’s Labour & Employment team is proficient in advising clients on various rules and regulations that are mandatory to be complied with by the corporates doing business in India.

We are actively involved in drafting and/or reviewing employment documentation and advising on a wide range of labour law issues, transfer of employees, employment termination and restrictive covenants in employment arrangements. We predominantly represent companies and their management on employment related projects and litigation. The Firm has its in-house team for research, drafting of pleadings and appearance before various fora such as the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, Labour Courts across the country.
